On Wednesday, July 22, the district’s Parent Portal system will officially rollover to the 2020-21 school year. This annual change of student information will allow staff to work on schedules and enrollment for the upcoming school year.

How will this change affect parents/guardians and students?

•  Parents/guardians and students will be unable to access 2019-20 schedule, attendance, and grades information in Portal for their student after July 21, 2020. After this date, requests for this information can be made directly to your child’s school.

•  Parents/guardians and students will no longer have access to transcript information for students who graduated in June. (Final transcript information can be found at www.Parchment.com.)

•  Some schools may disable access to next year’s student schedule information on Portal until schedules are finalized…. Usually around mid-August
