Classroom Rules / Expectations:

High level of self initiative and discipline.
Be in class on time (before the bell rings) and have your daily materials (book, calculator, paper, pencil).
No food or beverage is allowed (water is ok).
Use the clipboard pass for bathroom use.
Use the yellow paper passes for anywhere else (I sign this before you go).
No cell phones or other electronic devices (games on calculator). I will take them…the second incident will require a parent/guardian to pick them up.

Attendance / Absences / Tardiness:

Each tardy will result in a loss of points from the daily performance grade.
Each unexcused absence will result in zero points on any graded work from that day, and zero points for daily performance grade.
Students are responsible for making up missed assignments, quizzes and tests (if miss 1 day, then have 2 days to makeup, if miss 2 days, then have 4 days to makeup).

Make-up Work / Late Work:

Homework/class assignments will be assigned daily (value 5 points). If late, value is 3 points (once the next chapter is started, value is 0).
