Basic Standards Mathematics

This course covers the topics on the state basic standards test (whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percents, tables and graphs, estimation, measurement). This course is highly recommended for all students needing to pass the state test. It is also open to any other student wanting a stronger understanding of these concepts before taking more advanced courses. This course may be taken concurrently with any other math course.

Students are expected to complete all in-class work. Traditionally, there is no homework unless the student is absent or did not complete the work assigned during class.
