The 6^th Grade Deep Portage Trip is almost here!  

Below you will find your balance due, minus your child’s fundraising profits from 5^th grade. 

Payment is due in full before your child leaves on this memorable and enjoyable trip.  Please return this form with parent/guardian signature, and the balance owed to your child’s Hawk Time teacher by Friday, Sept. 14^th.  Checks should be made payable to CMSW.
