INFORMATION PACKETS
Deep Portage information packets will be sent home with your child the first week of school! ALL yellow sheets are to be completely filled out and returned to your child’s Hawk Time teacher.
COST
$135.00 - Payment due September 14th
The balance your child has to pay includes the fundraising that
he/she did in 5th grade.
DEPARTURE/RETURN
Be at the front of the school by 6:45 AM on Monday (not bus loop side)
Will arrive home to CMSW @ approximately 4:00 PM on Wednesday.
We suggest having a ride waiting at 3:45 PM.

CHAPERONES
We are
looking for enthusiastic adults to help chaperone our 6th grade
Deep Portage Trip. There will be an interest sign up and flyers with
information available at a table near room 104 at CMS West during
Orientation on Aug. 22&23, 2007. Flyers will also be sent home during
the first week of school. All potential chaperones must attend a
MANDATORY meeting on Sept. 13 at 8:00pm in the CMSW Media Center.
All chaperones will be chosen from this group of attendees. Chaperones
are chosen randomly (drawing) and will be notified via email by Sept. 28.
