HEALTH GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

Welcome to this year’s health class!  I am looking forward to spending the quarter with you discussing and practicing good decision making skills.  The amazing thing is each day you need to make a lot of choices that will have a direct impact on how healthy you will be.  For examples, deciding to brush your teeth, shower, exercise, what to eat, choosing friends, getting along with people, or being able to stand up for what you believe is right when others try to pressure you.  As you can see, health is a MAJOR part of our lives and it is something that we have CONTROL over.  There are a lot of activities planned so let’s work hard and have some fun this quarter!
