Chaska Middle School Orchestra
Registration for the 2007-08 Chaska Middle School Orchestra has begun. If you would like to register or would like more information, please contact Sarah Nimchuk at nimchuks@district112.org or 952-556-7460.
District 112 started an Orchestra Program in 2006-07 for grades 6-12. There is an orchestra for grades 6-8 offered after the school day at the middle schools. There is also a lesson program with this orchestra. There is another orchestra for grades 9-12 which also meets outside of the school day.
The orchestra is open to beginners as well as experienced string musicians. The high school orchestra will also hopefully include winds at times. The first performance was given on Monday, February 26, 2007. There will be another performance this spring.
