MELSA System (Includes links to Carver, Hennepin, and Scott County Libraries)

Did you know? In Minnesota, the different library systems work together very well! Anyone with a public library card may register to use another public library in the state.  Usually, you only need to have your library card and a second form of identification. Mrs. LaMoore lives in Scott County, but has regularly used her card in Hennepin County, Carver County, Minneapolis Public Libraries, and Lake Agassiz (a seven county system in northwestern Minnesota).
