For site management functions, information is collected for analysis and statistical purposes. This information is not reported or used in any manner that would reveal personally identifiable information, and will not be released to any outside parties unless legally required to do so in connection with law enforcement investigations or other legal proceedings.

We use log analysis tools to create summary statistics, which are used for purposes such as assessing what information is of most interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas. Our website logs do not collect personally identifiable information, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals who browse district web sites.

District web sites have links to other websites. These include links to web sites operated by other State of Minnesota, other schools, nonprofit organizations and private businesses. When you link to another site, you are no longer on the district web site and this privacy statement is not applicable. When you link to another website, you are subject to the privacy policy of that new site.

Accessibility Statement

Eastern Carver County Schools is committed to creating a website that provides access for all, including those with disabilities.

We are continuing in our good faith efforts to ensure accessibility for individuals with visual, mobility or other disabilities; however, we continue to have additional work to complete before our site is fully in compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and Section 508 standards. The site is WordPress based, and as such, will be more compliant when WordPress continually improves its software.

If you are unable to access any page(s) or documents on our site, please email webmaster@district112.org or call 952-556-6149 with detailed information on the location of the page or document you were attempting to access. Be sure to provide us with your name and contact information so that we may provide you with the information in another format.

Please note that some pages on our website contain links to third-party sites that are outside of our control and may not comply with accessibility standards.
