Thirteen file for School Board election
Thirteen residents will vie on November 2 for four 4-year terms and one 2-year term on the Eastern Carver County School Board.
Those filing for a 4-year term are:

- Carole Baab - Chaska
- Fred Berg - Chanhassen
- Lawrence Doran - Chaska
- Jeff Foster - Chaska
- Tim Klein - Chanhassen
- Diane Koban (Incumbent) - Victoria
- Bryan Litsey - Chanhassen
- Amy Logue - Chaska
- Sally Stuckey (Incumbent) - Chanhassen
Those filing to complete the 2-year term created by the resignation in 2009 of Carlos Gallego are:
