Five named finalists for Teacher of the Year
The District 112 Foundation has announced five finalists for District 112 Teacher of the Year. They are: Amy Bill, Chaska Middle School East; Arlene Borner, Chaska High School; Sue Gilbert, Chaska Elementary School; Michelle Swenson, Bluff Creek Elementary School; Denise Waletsko, Jonathan Elementary School. These outstanding educators will be honored at a reception sponsored by the Chaska High School Student Council on Wednesday, May 7, 3:30-6:00 p.m. at Chaska High. All are welcome to stop by and congratulate the finalists. The District 112 Foundation will announce the Teacher of the Year at its Award Dinner, Thursday, May 15 at Hazeltine.
