"Families of four making less than $39,220 are eligible for assistance under the federal program," said 112Nutrition coordinator Diane Timmers. "The application and a complete chart outlining eligible incomes based on family size is available on our website." Completed applications should be mailed to 112Nutrition, School District 112, District Education Center, 11 Peavey Road, Chaska, MN 55318. Applications can be dropped off with the receptionist at the District Education Center as well. "There is no reason for families to struggle to provide a nutritious lunch for their children each day," Timmers said.
