In order to rent facilities at ECCS, all groups/persons must have an account with the Facilities Department and provide the following items prior to rental. All groups/persons must provide insurance; proof of non-profit status and sales tax exemption only if applicable.
Liability Insurance:
All applicants and/or organizations agree to assume all responsibility for damage or liability of any kind and further agree to hold harmless school district 112 from any liability and/or expense in connection with the use of the school facilities.
The Board of Education shall require the applicant and/or organization to furnish a “Certificate of Liability/Property Insurance” in the amount of $500,000 per person/$1,500,000 per occurrence, which names “Eastern Carver County Schools, Attn: Facilities Dept., 11 Peavey Road, Chaska MN 55318” as the additional insured.
Non-Profit Organizations:
If your group is a non-profit, we will need a copy of your federal 501(c)(3) form or comparable MN 317A. More information can be found on the

MN Sales Tax Exempt:
If your group is MN Sales Tax Exempt, we will need a copy of either your MN ST3 or MN ST16 form. More information can be found on the MN Dept. of Revenue’s website or on the forms:
