Finance & Operations
The Finance and Operations department for Eastern Carver County Schools is committed to the most efficient use of the funds the District receives from federal, state and local levels in the education of students. Our team is led by Executive Director of Finance & Operations David Brecht and is responsible for Finance, Buildings & Grounds, School Nutrition, Student Services, Transportation and Construction.
The Finance Department is responsible for accounting, budgeting, payroll, and purchasing.
Jim Muenzenmeyer leads our Buildings and Grounds department, responsible for maintaining 2.2 million square feet of buildings, 58 acres of surface parking lots and 400 acres of grounds and athletic fields.
