Eastern Carver County Schools is thrilled to announce that the Integrated Arts Academy earned top honors at the 2025 Minnesota Association of Alternative Programs annual awards this year. At their annual conference today in Duluth, IAA was named the 2025 School of the Year and Amy Spinello was named the 2025 Staff Member of the Year.
ECCS Superintendent Dr. Erin Rathke had this to say: “I am so proud of the work of the entire team at IAA. Principal Charboneau-Folch’s leadership and the incredibly talented educators and staff have formed a really special, supportive community for our learners and this recognition honors that work. To add recognition of Amy’s work in the classroom and in developing strong relationships with students makes this even more special. Congratulations to the entire school community for this well deserved award.”
