Updated vision card for ECCS

Updated vision card for ECCS

The ECCS Vision Card is our district's report card and shows how we're performing on our most important goals. You can think of it as a dashboard that tracks our progress in the four key areas of our strategic directions: improving teaching and learning, creating safe and welcoming schools, building community partnerships, and managing resources wisely.

In the spring of 2025, after three years of collecting data, we redesigned the Vision Card to include trend data and expanded information about student achievement, engagement, community partnerships, and finances. The redesigned Vision Card was presented at the June 23, 2025 School Board meeting.

We're performing well in most areas. Our high school graduation rates are in the purple "vision" zone at 93.7% for four-year graduation rate and 96.3% for seven-year graduation rate. Parent-teacher conference participation remains strong at 95%, and we continue to invest our resources wisely.

We're closely monitoring several areas including 3rd grade reading levels, post-secondary experiences, consistent attendance, and staff satisfaction scores to ensure continued improvement.

This transparent reporting helps our community understand where we excel and where we're focusing improvement efforts to support every student's success.
