My Payments Plus: To add money to your student’s account using mypaymentsplus click this link (www.mypaymentsplus.com) or access the website through Parent Portal. First, it will prompt you to set up an account with a username and password.  Once you have set up an account, add your student with their last name and student ID. If you don’t know their student ID number, you can find it on parent portal, or by calling Nutrition Services at 952-556-6150.  Once you have added your student, you can proceed to making a payment. This payment method will charge you a 3.99% bank fee.

Cash or Check: To add money to your student’s lunch account, you can pay with a check or by cash by having your student put it in the Nutrition Services drop box or by giving it directly to the cashier in their building.  Please make checks payable to 112 Nutrition Services. If your check is intended to be split among more than one student, and they are at the same school, please specify on the note line or on an envelope how you would like the money split.  If nothing is noted, the money will be split equally among all student accounts in the building where it was dropped off.

Bill Pay Service:  Many banks offer free bill pay service. This gives you the ability to have your bank send checks directly to Nutrition Services which will be put in to your student’s account. In the “recipient” field, enter 112 Nutrition, 11 Peavey Rd, Chaska MN, 55318. Put the name of your student in the note section.  You can also choose a one-time payment or set up a recurring one.  Please contact your bank or look on their website for more details. 

Are you moving or have a graduating senior with no siblings left in the school district?

If your child has a special dietary need, 112 Nutrition may accommodate your request with the proper documentation from a licensed physician.

Have your physician complete and sign the Special Diet Statement Form in the documents section on this page. Submit the completed form to Nutrition Services at the District Education Center, 11 Peavey Road, Chaska, MN 55318 or fax the form to 952-556-6159.

Lactose Intolerance
112 Nutrition will provide lactose reduced milk to a child with lactose intolerance if requested by a parent/guardian in writing. Please complete the Parent/ Guardian Request for Lactose Reduced Milk Form and submit to Nutrition Services at the District Education Center, 11 Peavey Road, Chaska, MN 55318 or fax the form to 952-556-6159.

Eastern Carver County Schools Nutrition Services gets weekly deliveries of the freshest produce farmers have to offer. We purchase as much in season and local produce as possible and give the students the best quality produce available.

Last year alone, we purchased over $317,500 worth of fresh produce including 21 different types of fruit and 24 types of vegetables. Can you identify them all? Here’s some help:

Fruit: Apples, Oranges, Tangelos, Clementines, Blood Oranges, Tangerines, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Grapes, Pears, Bananas, Pineapples, Strawberries, Raspberries, Starfruit, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Watermelon, Peaches, Plums, Nectarines.

Vegetables: Carrots, Broccoli, Corn on the Cob, Brussel Sprouts, Sugar Snap Peas, Edamame, Jicama, Rutabaga, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Beans, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Celery, Kohlrabi, Squash, Green and Red Peppers, Legumes (All different varieties), Potatoes, Radishes, Varieties Mixed Greens including Spinach, Romaine, and Mesclun.

A healthy start to the school day
We’re helping students start their day off right with a healthy breakfast, available at all Eastern Carver County Schools before the first bell.

Studies have proven that kids who eat breakfast achieve higher test scores, pay more attention in class, go to the nurse less and have better behavior in class. Our nutritious breakfast follows the United States Department of Agriculture meal requirements to meet your student’s nutrient needs.

Breakfast is FREE to all students beginning in the 2023-24 school year.

A significant portion of the funding provided to support our meal program comes from private donations to the district’s Angel Fund.

Donations can be made online here or they can be sent to the Nutrition Services Department, Attn: Julie Eklund, 11 Peavey Rd, Chaska, 55318.

Parents who wish to donate funds that are currently in their child’s school lunch account, should also contact Julie Eklund at eklundj@district112.org.

New: Eligibility for Limited Group of Homeschooled and Virtual Students School Year 2022-2023

The USDA's Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) was created to ensure that children could continue to receive nutritious meals during summer vacation, when they do not have access to school lunch or breakfast. The summer food service program is free to all children ages 1-18. Eastern Carver County Schools does not currently have any school sites that qualify to participate in the Summer Food Service Program, but children in our community may participate in the program at sites in other communities. To find a location that serves meals during the summer, please refer to the following resources.

1. Transcribe the elements of the complaint, ensuring the following information is included:  
   1. Contact Information (name, address, phone number, and/or email address of complainant) unless the complaint is anonymous. 
   2. Indication if the complaint was made verbally or in-person.
   3. Name of site and location of the incident. 
   4. Nature of the incident.
   5. Basis for alleged discrimination (race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity).  
   6. Names, titles, business addresses, and phone numbers of any person who may have knowledge of the discriminatory action. 
   7. Date(s) when the alleged actions occurred. If the discriminatory action is ongoing, include the duration of such actions.
2. Submit the complaint to the USDA by mail or fax (information on page 5 of complaint form) or Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) at mde.fns@state.mn.us within five working days for complaints alleging unlawful discrimination that include age as a basis of discrimination and five calendar days of receipt for all other civil rights complaints. 
3. Maintain records of all civil rights complaints in a secure location.
