Services offered through Carver County School Linked Behavioral Health Service and Relate Counseling Center
As the end of the school year approaches, and the incredible efforts of school staff providing educational and social emotional support comes to an end for the year, we would like to inform you of a service that might be helpful as you navigate through the coming months of summer.
Carver County School Linked Behavioral Health Service and Relate Counseling Center will offer family support services to help you cope with emotional/social and behavioral issues that may be challenging your home life. These services are open to all Carver County residents with school-age children and/or children who attend Carver County Schools. A trained mental health professional will be available to connect with you, answer questions, and help you navigate what might be helpful for you and your family.
The services will be provided through a telehealth platform — which may be a simple phone call or a video/audio meeting, depending on your comfort level and available technology equipment. The challenges of staying close to home, social distancing and the closure or limitations of traditional summer programs are challenging for families. Our goal is to provide support to family’s through the upcoming summer months. We are in this together.
To speak with a mental health staff member about your individual or family needs, contact us and our staff will connect you with the appropriate school-based staff.
